Botanical Name: Gasteria bicolor var. liliputana 'Durban'
Common Names: Gasteria Durban, Ox Tongue
Description:
Gasteria 'Durban' is a beautifully patterned succulent with thick, tongue-shaped leaves marked by mottled green and silver-white speckles. The leaves grow in a stacked, rosette-like form and may gently arch as they mature, giving the plant a soft, sculptural silhouette. Native to South Africa, this low-growing variety is ideal for small containers, shaded windowsills, or succulent arrangements. Its calm demeanor and easy-care nature make it a favorite for collectors and beginners alike.
Important Notice:
Leaf patterning will vary with age and light exposure. Gasteria prefers indirect light and well-draining soil to avoid leaf spotting or rot.
Features:
Mottled, speckled foliage, compact and slow-growing, thrives in bright indirect light, drought tolerant, great for desks or indoor succulent displays, beginner-friendly.
Please Note:
All plant sales are final due to the sensitive nature of live plants and the stress that shipping may cause. This ensures each plant is handled with care and remains healthy from our shop to your home.
